This notice explains how Ironstark LLC ("Ironstark," "we," "us") handles personal information collected through this website. It applies only to this website.
Summary
- This website does not use cookies.
- This website does not use advertising pixels, analytics tags, session recording, or any other third-party tracking.
- All fonts, scripts, and images are served from this website's own server.
- We collect information you choose to send through our contact and careers forms, and we use it only for the purpose you sent it.
- We do not sell or share personal information.
Information we collect
Contact form: your name, email address, company, phone number (optional), topic, and message.
Careers form: your name, email address, phone number, city and state, area of interest, whether you are authorized to work in the United States, a profile or portfolio link (optional), your resume, and any note you add.
Server logs: our hosting provider automatically records standard request logs, including IP address, date and time, page requested, referring page, and browser type. To limit automated spam, the forms also keep a short-lived, one-way hashed record of the connection that submitted them.
If you email us directly, we receive your email address and anything you include in your message.
How we use information
We use contact form and email information to reply to you. We use careers form information to evaluate you for employment. We use server logs and spam records to deliver pages, diagnose problems, and protect the website against abuse.
Retention
Form submissions are delivered to our company email. A backup copy is kept on our web server for up to 90 days and then deleted automatically. Job applications are kept for up to two years so we can consider applicants for future roles, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer. Contact messages are kept as long as needed to handle the request.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use tracking technologies. We treat Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals as opt-out requests, and this website already operates as if every visitor has opted out.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only to service providers that host this website and deliver our email, or when required by law.
Job applicants
If you apply through our careers form, this section is our notice at collection under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We collect the categories listed above under Careers form: identifiers (name, email, phone), professional and employment information (resume, area of interest, profile link), and work authorization status. We use them only to evaluate your application and communicate with you about employment. We keep them for the period stated under Retention. We do not sell or share them. We do not ask about salary history or criminal history on this form.
Your California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, including a job applicant, you may request to know what personal information we hold about you, request deletion, or request correction. You may also limit our use of sensitive personal information, although we use it only to evaluate employment. We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for making a request. To make a request, email us at the address on our contact page. We will verify your request before acting on it.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Security
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection when the site is reached at https. Backup copies are stored outside the public web directory and are not accessible from the internet.
Changes
We may update this notice. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
