CRM and automation
CRM builds and integrations that keep media, intake, and outcomes in one record.
Media, intake, and outcome data usually sit in separate tools. Ironstark configures the CRM as the system of record and connects it to the rest: intake platforms, e-signature, case or patient management, and ad platforms.
Automation handles assignment, task creation, and status changes, so staff work from one queue.
