Consumer acquisition modeling
Unit economics for customer acquisition, from cost per contact to value per completed outcome.
Acquisition modeling answers two questions: what does a completed outcome cost, and what is it worth. Ironstark builds those models from the client's own media, intake, and CRM data, uses AI to find patterns across segments, and then decides where the next dollar goes.
Conversion rates are broken out by source, geography, and type, because averages hide the segments that lose money. The output is a plan: which channels to scale, which to cut, and what volume the budget supports.
Process
How it works.
-
Step 1: Gather
Media, intake, CRM, and outcome data are pulled from the client's own systems.
-
Step 2: Model
Cost and conversion are calculated by channel, geography, and type.
-
Step 3: Value
Outcome value is set from realized results where available, and stated assumptions where not.
-
Step 4: Plan
The model produces a budget plan: what to scale, what to cut, and the volume the budget supports.
